Ajna Smoothie Recipe Card

Do you ever struggle for healthy food recipes for your little ones?

Following on from last week’s article by Estelle regarding the 200-calorie limit on packed lunch snacks we are happy to share with you the first of many of our YogaBears Healthy Mind Body & Soul foods.

Estelle will be sharing with you, foods that are inspired by our Chakra’s and provide nutrition for our active bodies and minds!


Anja smoothie bowl ingredients

¾ cup of your chosen yoghurt (I love dairy free coconut yoghurt)

A cup of unsweetened blueberries

½ cup fresh blueberries

½ medium banana

¼ cup of your chosen milk (I love       almond milk)

1 tablespoon of your favourite nuts or oats (I love pecans)

3/4 cup of chia seeds

How to make Anja smoothie

Combine yoghurt, blueberries, milk and chia in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with bananas, blueberries & pecans, simple and delicious.
